What It’s About
The channel covers building real systems with AI — not tutorials on using ChatGPT, but engineering work: multi-agent pipelines, prompt design that holds up under production load, integrating LLMs into existing codebases, and the operational realities of running AI systems.
Most AI content online is either too surface-level (“here’s how to use the API”) or too academic (“here’s a paper”). I’m trying to fill the middle ground: what does it actually look like to build this thing, and what breaks along the way?
Topics So Far
- Building the email reply agent (the full system, not a demo)
- Claude vs Codex on real engineering tasks
- Multi-agent architectures that actually work
Why Video
Writing is better for nuance. Video is better for showing a system running. Most of what I build is easier to explain with a terminal and a browser open than with prose. The channel is an experiment in whether that’s true at scale.
